 Customer Support Representative (CSR) Job in Karachi By The Sevengers-Government Job 2022.


We are looking to hire for multiple CSR positions for a Semi-Government project.

What you’ll be doing:

-Managing large amounts of incoming phone calls

-Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

-Building sustainable relationships and trust with caller accounts through open and interactive communication

-Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools

-Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

-Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents

-Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies


What is expected from you?


-Prove yourself as a customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative

-To have strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

-Excellent communication and presentation skills

-Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

-To be fluent in Urdu and English

Salary bracket: PKR 23000 to PKR 29000

Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi

Educational/Experience Requirements: intermediates with relevant job experience to Graduates
