Job Requirements;
Gender: Male
Qualification; Minimum bachelor
Age: 30 to 40 years
-At least two years of experience in supervising roles in the security industry, or at least 5 yrs -of experience in police or military.
-Basic computer skills required such as email processing, and Microsoft office program including Word, Excel, and Outlook.-Effective communication verbally and written.
-Must have the ability to operate a weapon such as a rifle, shotgun, and another small arms.-Plus point if have completed the training and possess the certification of the Fire/Emergency Drill.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Daily Attendance – Reliever Provision (06 Jump Guards – Fixed Salary + Cash Labor)
Guard Selection
-Guard Training
-Ensuring filing has been done properly
-Ensuring guard is provided on time (08:00 AM / 08:00 PM – Reliever 10:00 AM / 10:00 PM)
-Ensure armorer visits and repairs properly as per visit schedule or requirement.
-Checker report analysis
-Communication with the client for feedback – once a week
-Business development (incentive Plan)
-Store Checkup / Procurement communicate
-Ensuring every guard/employee is treated fairly
-Visit Schedule
-Ensure the rotation of guards is limited (below 5% per month)
-Ensure 02 set of uniform is provided to each guard at the time of training/deployment
-Interview & brief each guard during the initial assessment stage.

Salary: From Rs80,000.00 per month
