Customer Service Representative for an overseas call center based in the UK.




Boro Taxis is the second-largest private hire in the UK. As a CSR for this company, you will be required to carry out the following tasks:


•  Handle inbound calls from customers wanting to book taxis.

•  Handle general customer queries.

•  Provide price quotes.

•  Liaise with UK Office to resolve any queries.

•  Meet a high level of customer service and satisfaction.

•  Handle customer complaints and feedback in an efficient manner.

•  Demonstrate excellent communication skills (close listening and soft speaking)

•  Language Requirement: Advanced level of English speaking and writing is a minimum requirement which will be tested vigorously throughout the interview process.


Job Type: Full-time, Contract.

Contract length: 12 months

Working hours: 10-12 Hours/Day and 6 Days/Week

Salary: 300rps per hour (Day Shift) 320rps per hour (Night Shift)

Bonus: Top 2 agents will receive a bonus of 20,000 Rs each based on their performance (punctuality, utilization, etc)
