You will be part of Middle East and Africa Network Infrastructure (NI), in North West Africa & Orange Customer Delivery Organization whose mission is to drive growth and profitable NI business and deliver projects End-to-End with high customer satisfaction, operational excellence and optimized costs.

As part of a team managing one of the most strategic programs in the region, you will be responsible for supporting the project via a variety of activities including:
• Project Communication: Internal and Customer governance forums coordination, project communication management
• Project Documentation Management: Setting-up of documentation management process related to the project.
• Contract management: Contract administration, financial follow-up , terms & conditions follow-up , tax & legal aspects of the project, including risk management, claim management
• Project Subcontractor Management: In the scope of contract administration, coordination of sub-contract with third party with the support of legal and purchasing departments
• Project Follow up and KPIs tracking
What you will learn and contribute to
You have:
• At least 5 years’ experience in Supporting and assisting project teams
• Familiar with building executive reports and providing regular updates on the program internally and towards customers
• Good communication and organization skills
• Proven experience in working in complex environment and dealing with stakeholders at different organization levels
• Basics in finance
• Mastering Microsoft tools
• Fluent in French and English
It would be nice if you also had:
• Knowledge of Nokia Processes
• Experience with some Nokia tools like ERP, procurement tools

Poste proposé : Consultant Freelance en Management Qualité Notre groupe spécialisé dans le transport routier national et international, recherche, dans le encadrement de la mise en place de la démarche qualité ISO 9001v2015, un(e) CONSULTANT(E) QUALITÉ. Il/elle supporte la Direction pour Développer et faire vivre le système qualité au sein de l'entreprise (ISO 9001V 2015).
