Nextbridge immediately require 2 x SEO Link Builders to plan and execute the link-building strategy for our different websites. The ideal candidates should have 3-4 years of experience in a fully dedicated SEO link builder position and ideally, experience doing link building for the Real Estate Industry.

Responsibilities

• Always stay up to date with the latest trends in SEO

• Pitch place content with top-tier publications via networking and relationship building

• Meet up the requirements of the monthly link

• An absolute understanding of what makes a good quality link

• Experience and understanding of how to communicate, pitch to and build relationships

with journalists / bloggers / third party webmasters

• Build and maintain relationships between bloggers/third-party webmasters

• Negotiate the publishing of content on 3rd party websites.

• Execute various link acquisition campaigns to increase brand footprint and traffic

• Reach out to bloggers and website owners and acquire high-quality links through link exchanges and article contributions

• Perform and track outreach through social and email

• Monitor and analyze backlinks through digital tools like Ahref

• Experiment with different strategies and look for new websites for link opportunities

• Effectively communicate progress and updates to SEO Manager with successes, progress, and opportunities

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in doing link building in a competitive industry like real estate

• travel, marketplaces, or broad eCommerce

• Hands-on experience using Ahrefs and other SEO tools

• Knows the fundamentals of SEO

• Good grammar and research skills

• Proven track record of successful link-building campaigns in competitive niches

• Comfortable working with specific and tangible SEO targets

• A proactive attitude is a must.

• Excellent analytical skills and an eye for detail
