Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Finance Associate with 2 to 3 years of experience working with international clients to join our Company in Islamabad.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and prepare reports such as AP, AR, expense reports, cash reports, etc.

Maintain accurate and complete customer and supplier account information and relationships with key stakeholders.

Review and respond to customer, supplier, and client queries within agreed timelines and ensure escalations are done timely.

Prepare business presentations and reports for customers.

Ensure proper support is provided to Accountants during month-end close.

Ensure consistency and accuracy of customer account deliverables.

Assisting with tax filings accounts receivables, accounts payables, and payroll processing.

Maintaining records and preparing process documentation.

Any task assigned by supervisors/team leads.

Requirements:

ACCA, CIMA, CMA equivalent finalist or Bachelors in A&F

Experience working with international clients preferably BPO

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Understanding of ERP software such as SAP Business ByDesign, S/4 HANA, Oracle NetSuite, or similar

Fluency in English is a must, and knowledge of other languages is a plus

Job Description:

Active involvement in month-end closing activities for relevant P&L items

Analyzing current and past financial data

Preparing reports on the above information and communicating the insights of these reports to the wider business.

Monitoring budgets and improvements based on the above information

Developing financial models and providing financial forecasts

Ad hoc support as required by the Operations team

Requirements:

An energetic self-driven person, with a proactive approach to solving problems. Should be analytical and detail-oriented.
