Main Help Desk duties:
Management of assistance requests;
⦿ Diagnostics of problems;
⦿ Resolution of 1st-level problems and possible assignment of the ticket to the 2nd level;
⦿ Provide technical support for installation, configuration, and upgrade;
⦿ Documentation and reporting
Help Desk Requirements :
⦿ Excellent and proven knowledge of the English language
⦿ Ability to hold a fluent conversation in English
⦿ Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Languages or equivalent
⦿ Predisposition for interpersonal relationships
⦿ Interest in the IT sector
⦿ Residence/domicile in Rome.
⦿ The profile is completed by: propensity for human relations and contact with the customer, ability to work in a team, result orientation, and flexibility.
Work location: Rome.
⦿ The Help Desk will initially be included in the internship with reimbursement of expenses aimed at hiring.
⦿ The Help Desk may be having its first work experience, as training and support are provided.
