ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a member of Team JD, you will be responsible for ensuring the best possible service to customers every time they visit the store. You will assist the customer to maximize the store's productivity, exceeding your sales targets and using the devices present in the store.
TASKS
Customer Service:
Assists the customer in all phases of the sale, from choice to purchase of the product, ensuring that the targets are achieved;
It provides alternatives and maximizes sales by also taking advantage of the digital channels that the company offers, guaranteeing maximum customer satisfaction;
Visual Merchandising:
Assists in the constant maintenance of standards on the sales floor, taking care of the cleaning of the spaces if necessary.
Check the stock on the sales floor, replacing it when necessary, in order to ensure that the entire range of sizes is present.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience in the retail sector preferred;
Excellent communication and customer management skills;
Ability to work in a team and a good level of attention to detail.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
Essential for the operation of the store, the warehouse worker is responsible for all goods delivery and storage activities to ensure optimal management of the warehouse.
TASKS
Receives, processes, and checks incoming and outgoing goods.
Proceeds with the arrangement and labeling of the items, as well as the affixing and verification of the anti-shoplifting system of the goods in collaboration with the store team.
Ensures the sorting of items and arranges them in the warehouse, in compliance with company provisions and layout rules.
Check product availability and replenish the sales area.
Participates in and contributes to warehouse inventories to safeguard company assets and profit.
Correctly manages the delivery of customer orders to the sales area in the event of peak activity, helping the sales department.
Supports the sale of products by ensuring a good level of customer service.
Actively participates in store loss control.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience in the retail sector preferred.
Team worker, organized, methodical and meticulous, the warehouse worker has perfect knowledge of his warehouse and knows the product in order to work quickly and efficiently.
Ensures the surveillance and organization necessary for the control of the articles.
Attentive and serious, he has good stress management, to cope with the increase in incoming and outgoing goods during peak sales.
An affinity with fashion is recommended, in particular with the world of sneakers and sportswear.
