This is a multi-phase development. As a Finishing Manager, you will be required to manage the internal trade packages from 2nd fix onwards. You will keep thorough records of snags and relay them onto the appropriate subcontractor for rectification. You will have a good eye for detail and excellent leadership skills.

Requirements:

It would be advantageous to have come from a carpentry/joinery background

Experience as a Finishing foreman/woman working for a housebuilder.

You will have previous experience overseeing the internal finishes, manage sub-contractors and report into a Site Manager .


Vanta Staffing High Wycombe are looking for a Handyman / Woman to work for a local lettings agency making properties good once tenants have vacated. The suitable applicant must hold a current driving licence and have daily use of a car or van, You will be covering properties in the Wycombe and surrounding towns, Amersham, Princess Risborough, Beaconsfield. Duties to include assisting with all maintenance work in a domestic setting.

♠  Our client is looking for somebody with some experience working within a similar position and somebody who ideally has their own tools

♠  Advantages of this position are Weekly pay, immediate starts, petrol paid at 40p per mile ongoing work, Perm contract for the right candidate.

♠  Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm or 9am - 6pm potential overtime available on Saturday

♠   Pay is dependant on experience £11 - £17 per hour
