Santander is all about providing our customers with an experience that’s second to none. In this contact centre role you’ll be helping customers via online webchat.

You’ll use your natural warmth, energy and personality to help as many customers as you can each day. We'll help you to develop the skills needed to build strong customer relationships, take ownership and deliver that great customer experience.

Along with representing Santander to our customers, you’ll have a voice within the organisation too. As the first point of contact, you’ll get to know our customers better than anyone else. So, if you have an idea about how we can improve their experience or better ways of working, we’re all ears

•  Experience of working within a customer services role, previous telephony experience not essential

It would also be nice for you to have

•  Strong teamwork with a high level of motivation

What else you need to know.

•  This is a full-time role working 35 hours

•  That means you’ll work 5 days across Mon to Sun between 08:00 to 20:00 on a rotational shift pattern basis. For your continued flexibility you will receive a £1,000 fully flexible shift premium for this fully flex shift pattern.

•  Interviews commencing 5th Sept until 23rd Sept

How we’ll reward you.

In addition to your salary, we offer a wide range of benefits that you can choose from and tailor to your needs. For part-time, your salary, bonus (where eligible) and certain benefits will be prorated to reflect your working hours.

•  25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, which increases to 26 days after 5yrs service, with the option to purchase up to 5 additional days per year (pro-rata for part time roles)

•  Receive a £500 annual cash allowance to spend on our great range of benefits

•  Voluntary healthcare benefits at discounted rates such as private medical insurance, dental insurance, healthcare cash plan and health assessments
